Feasibility Assessment – Within our network of physicians, we can identify potential investigators who have the suitable patient population for your study. We will:

• Generate a feasibility questionnaire based on your protocol; or
• Implement your own feasibility questionnaire

Patient Recruitment – The Caribbean region can rapidly recruit patients because of the following:

• GPH maintains a close relationship between physician and patients.
• Treatment of certain diseases is conducted in specialized centers.
• Each investigator has their own pool of patients. Hence the participants are recruited from the pool rather than referral.
• High retention rate

Site Management – GPH provides clinical monitoring and site management with local and U.S. based clinical research associates (CRAs). Our CRAs are located in strategic Caribbean islands in order to provide efficient coverage throughout the Caribbean Region. We also provide periodic training to maintain the quality of the site.

Project Management – All our project managers have global clinical operations experience and are committed to provide exceptional business services. Necassary for each trial, all project managers also have understanding of the cultural, economic, communication, and health resources available throughout the Caribbean. From the onset they work closely with the local staff and the sponsor to provide on time and cost effective deliverables.
